Two Pane tab window spacing

It calculates the column width to give the 'best' result.  I'd add another column in but keep it empty so the visual effect is to make one of the columns smaller.

Hmmm, that sound strange...   Could you enable diagnostic logging for "Background processing" and "Transaction processing" and leave that running for 24h and see if their are any errors in these log...

You can't rely on those logs, nothing really can tell you who is logged on and who isn't.  If you shorten the session timeout then you run the risk of losing data because an incident is open too long...
